External Circular 007 2022 issued by the Financial Superintendence of Colombia
On July 1, 2022, Alfa GL released the development of external circular 007 of 2022 issued by the Financial Superintendence of Colombia through which the following is modified:
1. Format 351: Composition of the investment portfolio, in order to adjust the references in the report for collective investment funds (FICs) and private equity funds (FCP) and include the issuer identification number assigned by the custodian.
2. Format 397 Repos, simultaneous and temporary transfer of securities in order to include in the report the entities that manage the portfolios of the voluntary pension funds.
